     • DDAP Current version
     • Data entry going along well - ready in time for Field Days
     • Business & Industry Links from previous meeting - OK for DCBW [Nigel, by e-mail]; OK for DCYP [Jill]; OK for DCCC [Annie]
     • Advert has been drafted for local newspaper
     • Matthew to speak on Gulf FM
     • Letters of update sent to councils
     • Draft document detailing connection between Community Connect and Futures Connect presented
     • Promotional fridge magnets - Mr Magnet identified as best source; find out from previous Field Days records how many visited stand; produce 5000?
     • Logo - Kate and Matthew drawn a blank; schools to design? [Liz]
     • Sticky buttons to go on monitors as promotional item. [Jill]
     • Marcus - Yorke Peninsula Tourism will also have a site at Field Days
     • Community Information Requests (large amounts of data) - interim measure, call DECS all requests to be vetted by committee; stakeholders will have own reports - need to identify requirements

     • Change of councillors in Copper Coast- requiring info, Community Connect can provide.

     • Reporting requirements - Require by town categories - select which groups are required

     • Presentation on project made to Regional Development Council/Regional Facilitation Group 2003-08-11
     • Possible incorporation with Healthlink free phone service run by ERA; funding for Healthlink pilot has come to an end - Community Health will keep this running at own cost on northern Yorke Peninsula.

     • New person on information management just started- coming to region next week; will try to arrange meeting with Liz/Matthew

     • Presentation of project made to Jennifer Rankine, standing in for Leigh Stevens, Health Minister, at Bute Kindergarten
     • Mapping coming along well.
     • 17 July - Meeting with Dr John Biggins, Stuart Ainsworth, Frank Spiel, Liz Pannel regarding Department of Human Services Human Service Finder and possible links with Community Connect; outcome positive, further meeting on 2003-08-19
     • 2003-08-03 - presentation to Northern Yorke Peninsula Rotary Club
3. Special Guest - Julie Sutherland
   • state rep australas network of students with disabilities
   working closely with school system to assist students with disabilities to pick up study options. producing CD involved with initiative with regional disability liaison officer motivate students to disclose what dis they have to stop dropping out AUSTED list - not many people are aware of what is happening within edu setting and what services are available; mainly unis who have subscribed to list; WAM project - Willing X Mentoring; students with disabilities doing tourism
   • Tourism/edu/disabled opportunities
   • Set up sub-project lists
   • Supported tourism
   • Healthcare plan for tourism
   • Come and try tertiary study day with Adeladie TAFE & universities - would like to see more regional disabled students.
4. Yorke Division of General Practice
   • Trying to develop system; nobody had capacity to rpovide information; looked at grant won by telecenter; met Stuart A got excited about HSF, disappointed never got anywhere; provided paper directory - would put on own web site, but why duplicate.

   • Seeking funding for electronic patient record cards
5. Yorke Peninsula Tourism - Marcus Brady
   • Aboriginal product coming to site

   • DDAP - Community consultation with disability organisations Investigate with HREOC
   • Jill to investigate if DCYP has DDAP
